Parking Services

With short-term parking, you’re charged separately every time you park. You are not bound by a contract and you pay by cash, credit card or with a parking voucher you get from a business you’ve shopped at. Alternatively, you now have the even more modern option of paying with a digital parking app such as Bmove.

By using the parking app Bmove, you can use your smartphone to pay for car parking. It activates mobile payments for when you park in public spaces, while contactless parking is enabled for garages once you’ve activated the app. Licence plate recognition verifies your vehicle licence plate so that the entry and exit barriers open automatically. Once you leave the parking garage, you are charged the appropriate cost of parking via the payment medium stored in the app. There is no need to get a ticket or search for coins, simply park and pay digitally. Depending on your location, you can use your credit card to pay your parking charges or the parking services you have purchased. The respective parking charges are billed automatically via your card provider. In some parking garages we also offer payment with BlueCode. 

Weekly tickets are available for a period of one to four weeks. You pay a flat rate to park in a garage any time within the selected period. You can choose whatever space you prefer within a designated area of the garage. Weekly tickets are always available at the service desk in the garage and you can purchase your ticket directly from the ticket machine at Vienna’s Hütteldorf, Leopoldau and Spittelau Park & Ride garages.

With a long-term parking contract, you pay a monthly or annual flat rate to park in a garage around the clock. You usually use a contactless parking card to enter and exit the garage. You can choose whichever space you prefer within a designated area of the garage. You can also enter the garage even if it shows as being full. You will be bound by the respective minimum contract term.

If you’re coming by car from the surrounding area and want to transfer to reasonably priced public transport within the city then leave your car in one of our Park & Ride garages. These offer reasonable fixed prices for daily, weekly, monthly or annual parking tickets.

With a night parking contract, you pay a monthly or annual flat rate to park in a garage during a set time (e.g. from 6:00 pm to 8:00 am on weekdays and from midnight to midnight at weekends and on public holidays). You usually use a contactless parking card to enter and exit the garage. You can choose whichever space you prefer within a designated area of the garage. You will be bound by the respective minimum contract term. For parking outside of the specified time window, the respective short-stay parking charges apply.

If you would like to park your car in a garage for a certain period of time, e.g. while you’re on holiday, and you don’t mind which garage the car is parked in, please contact us by phone or email and we’ll be happy to arrange a reasonably priced parking space for you in your city at a fixed rate and for a fixed period of time.

Holders of a written convenience parking contract can park in participating garages 24/7 for a reduced monthly charge. You use a contactless parking card to enter and exit the garage. You can choose whichever space you prefer within a designated area of the garage. The minimum contractual term is twelve months. Payments must be made by direct debit.

Pre-paid cards are available with a predefined amount of credit and are sold at a discount at the staffed service counters in garages (these can be paid for by cash or credit card).

Event organisers that have an agreement with one of our garages can offer their customers discounted parking charges. Please refer to the garage’s own website for more information. You can get a discount by stamping the parking ticket, giving out a discount card or by buying a secondary parking ticket directly from the organiser.

You or your customers can use parking credit cards to pay short-stay parking charges at the payment point. The parking duration covered by the card is printed on it. Simply insert the short-stay parking ticket at the payment point followed by the parking credit card. This is a service that many partner stores in shopping precincts offer their customers.

Hotel cards are tailored to the length of your stay and allow you to use the garage as often as you want. Whether you first enter with a short-stay parking ticket or you already have a hotel card – your stay starts the first time you enter the garage. This service – any parking during the stay at the hotel at a fixed rate – is offered by selected hotels near the respective garage.
