Parking services

All short-term parking is charged individually. There is no contract, and you can pay with cash, credit card, a parking voucher you receive when shopping at certain stores, or you can embrace the future and use digital parking apps such as Bmove.

At select locations, you can pay for parking or parking products with a credit card. The credit card provider will automatically charge the appropriate parking fee. You can also pay with BlueCode at certain car parks. 

Weekly parking cards are available for periods from one to four weeks. For a flat rate, you can park in a garage 24 hours a day during the selected period. You may freely choose a parking space within the designated area in the garage. The weekly parking card is usually available for purchase at the cashier counter in the garage. At the Vienna Park & Ride garages in Hütteldorf, Leopoldau, or Spittelau districts, you may purchase it directly at the cashier counter.

If you conclude a long-term parking contract, you may park in a garage 24 hours a day for a monthly or yearly flat rate. A contactless parking card is usually used to enter and exit the garage. You may freely choose a parking space within the designated area in the garage, and you may enter the garage even if the signalling board displays no vacant parking spaces. The contract must be concluded for at least the minimum contract period.

If you conclude an overnight parking contract, you may park in a garage for a monthly or annual flat rate during a specific time frame (e.g., on weekdays between 6 p.m. and 8 a.m., from the start to the end of the day during weekends and holidays). A contactless parking card is usually used to enter and exit the garage. You may freely choose a parking space within the designated area in the garage. The contract must be concluded for at least the minimum contract period. The parking fee for short-term parking outside of the agreed time frame is charged separately.

Pre-paid cards with predetermined amounts are sold at a discounted price at the cashier counter in the garage (payment with cash or credit card). 

If the organiser of an event has an agreement with one of our garages, parking fee discounts apply for the attendees. You can find all the relevant information on the website of the specific garages. You can use the discount by validating the parking card, by presenting a return parking card, or by buying an extra parking card directly from the organiser.

With a parking voucher, you or your customers can pay a short-term parking fee at a parking meter. The payment time of the parking is printed on the voucher. Simply insert the ticket and then the parking voucher into the parking meter. This service is typically offered by stores in shopping streets.

Hotel parking cards are adjusted to the length of your stay. This parking card allows you to use the garage as much as you want. It doesn’t matter whether you used a ticket or a hotel parking card to enter the garage – your first entry into the garage is when the parking card becomes valid. This service – unlimited parking during your stay at the hotel for a fixed price – is offered by select hotels in the vicinity of a specific garage.
