Best in Parking AG is a leading developer, owner and operator of parking and mobility infrastructure in Central and Southeastern Europe.

Through our integrated 360° solutions, we meet the many requirements of municipalities, stakeholders and parking customers, while also setting new standards in terms of customer friendliness and sustainability.

Our activities cover the entire vertical service spectrum from project conception, planning, construction and project implementation to financing and the operation and maintenance of off-street locations (such as underground garages, multi-storey garages and parking areas) and on-street parking spaces (parking areas along public roads), including enforcement, dynamic guidance systems, the management of access controls and authorisations as well as their innovative further development.

We develop integrated IT and digitalisation solutions and pride ourselves on our efficient operations and a unique customer experience that turn parking spaces into mobility hubs and help cities become modern, smart & climate active.

Johann Breiteneder

CEO

Johann Breiteneder has held numerous positions at the Breiteneder Immobilien Parking Group since 1995 and has been managing the group companies in Austria, Italy, Switzerland, Slovenia, Slovakia, Croatia, Serbia and Albania. Mr. Breiteneder has many years of experience in the areas of real estate, infrastructure and finance.

Philipp Gaier

CFO

Philipp Gaier is Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Best in Parking AG since May 20, 2020. He is responsible for Group Finance, Legal and ESG. He joined Best in Parking Group in 2016 and before that has successfully held leading management positions for over 10 years. After graduating in law he worked as certified Austrian as well as Italian tax advisor with offices both in Austria and Italy. Philipp Gaier is a member of the “Fachsenat für Steuerrecht der Kammer der Steuerberater und Wirtschaftsprüfer” (“expert senate for tax law” of the Austrian National Chamber of Certified Tax Advisors and Auditors).
