Best in Parking has signed a lease for the garage at LeopoldQuartier, located in an excellent city-center area between the 1st District and Augarten. The project, developed by UBM Development AG, includes office space (approximately 22,000 m²), residential units, and retail (featuring a supermarket and dining options). The garage, which will offer 127 parking spaces, is scheduled to open at the end of 2025. The LeopoldQuartier is a highly sustainable timber hybrid construction project. With the consistent use of geothermal energy and photovoltaics, the entire LeopoldQuartier will operate CO₂-free.

Due to the prime location of the quarter, there is already a significant demand for parking in this area. With this being the 8th Best in Parking location in Leopoldstadt, additional offerings will be created, including more than 20 EV charging stations and a 50 kW fast charger for this thriving neighborhood.
